My account is locked. What should I do?

An account is automatically locked after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to unlock it.

During registration I am getting the following message: “The email you have chosen is already in use”. What should I do?

If you are getting a message that your email address is already in use, it means that you have a FILMEU Community account and should not register again.

I have not received a confirmation email after registration. What should I do?

Please check that the email address you have provided is correct, then check that the email is not in your Spam Folder. If you still cannot find the email please try registering again before contacting us.

I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

Click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reactivate it.
