The 24th NECS Graduate Workshop invites early-career researchers in film, visual, and media studies to explore the theme “Navigation: Methodologies and Epistemological Pathways for Contemporary Film and Media Studies.” This workshop is a platform for exchanging ideas, validating processes, and acquiring new tools to navigate the complex and evolving terrain of film and media studies.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Include name, email, paper title, abstract (max. 300 words), and short bio (max. 150 words).
  • Scholarly films (max. 15 minutes) are also welcome!
  • Send proposals to graduates@necs.org.

đź”— Accepted participants can only present at either the NECS Main Conference or the Graduate Workshop.
